Personnel selection

The main mission of our Human Resources Department is establishing a uniform and continuous process of selection. These processes are based on the search for potential candidates for positions as teleoperators, managers of telephone banking, claims processing, telesales, etc.., evidently without discarding any other search that might require our external customers or any department within the internal customer.

Due to the strong and growing demand for specialized services provided by the Department of Human Resources, it is necessary to strengthen the technical work that involves the pursuit of a suitable candidate. To do this, and precisely because of the need to seek candidates with a similar profile (telemarketing), it was decided to initiate a study for the implementation of competency-selection processes.

The competences are all those intrinsic characteristics which allow that the job is conducted in the most successful way possible.

Recruitment:

The HR department of Marktel Group, not only resorts to the traditional ways of attracting candidates, like employment boards, publishing jobs in the newspapers, but other means are alternatively used, such as employment exchanges of municipalities, autonomous regions and public entities for social purposes, mass media and local television, local press and national stand of private employment, INEM, selecting services providers and agencies such as ETT and through our own employees, through our "Proyecto Amigo"(Friend´s Project).

Specific tests:

Testing stated by client, typing, Microsoft Office, telephone (role-play), etc...

Individual Interviews:

Interviews conducted by Marktel shall be critical and competent interviews done individually. Regardless having opened a selection process, we will continue conducting interviews for teleoperation, which can generate candidate stacks.

Final selection:

The monitoring process will be conducted for both platform agents, and to outsourced services agents.
