Marktel began its operations in 1986 with the primary goal of providing a qualified telemarketing service, but in a very interesting emerging market with excellent future projects.
Since then the company has grown and evolved, achieving not only an increase in the quality of telemarketing services, but also expanding the concept of Call Center towards a full and comprehensive sense: Contact Center.
The group has 4 centers in Madrid and 2 in Valencia, with a total of 1.000 fully equipped positions for Teleoperadors and about 1,300 stable employees.
An important training course for the staff that is available to our customers has been developed, in order to be fully identified with them, looking after their process of integration into the company and encouraging their work as a mean to promote long-term relationships and which results in efficiency and durability.
