CET is owned by the Marques de Vivanco Foundation. This Foundation has reached an agreement with the Board of Directors of the Group Marktel, offering training and employment.
With the employment of persons with disabilities, the aim is not only to fulfill a corporate responsibility to society, but to bet on the conviction of the personal and professional qualities of those persons to perform the profession of customer support.
Contact Centers service companies have become for many people with disabilities in one of the best ways to find a job. The information, the management, the complaints or collections over the phone or via the Internet represent for many people in this group a work environment that allows a career in the long term.
Since July 2005 the Foundation has obtained from the Ministry of Labor the designation of Center for Employment for its subsidiary, created for that purpose.
The location of the CET is in the premises of Manuel Tovar No.25, Manuel Tovar No.35, and Salvatierra No. 5, where access ramps and toilets for disabled staff have been enabled.
According to the Royal Decree 27/2.000 of January 14, among the alternative measures that companies may apply in order to fulfill the obligation to reserve jobs for the disabled, a commercial contract with a Special Center is being considered.
In this way the client companies of the Marktel Group can meet the quota of disabled workers that the law imposes.
Its activity is developed in the Group's Contact Center or at the offices of customers who require it.
Our Centro Especial de Telemarketing (Special Telemarketing Center) is signing partnership agreements with associations and private foundations and public entities of Madrid so that its area of responsibility is wider and more effective.
Furthermore, the CET provides some scholarships for training and retraining for all staff, in which courses of customer care, Office Automation, Sales etc., are taught, so they have adequate training for its incorporation into the job.
